About Rebecca J. ClarkI build the systems, then I run them.
I've spent my career where strategy meets execution: taking programs that look right on paper and making them run, at scale, with real people and real money on the line.
At Microsoft, I was part of the company-wide campaign to bring Copilot to 60% daily use, working with sales teams that had to adopt it while still hitting their numbers. The teams I supported reached their adoption targets and met or beat their sales measures. For the State of California, as Deputy Director of Eligibility, I stood up the operation behind a $1 billion homeowner relief program: scaling the team from 3 to more than 50 in a single quarter, writing the SOPs and Salesforce workflows, and moving more than 10,000 applications through review.
I've also carried full operating responsibility. As executive director of a high-end destination property, I built the financial infrastructure from the ground up, including reconciliation, income and expense reporting, vendor payments, and booking and CRM systems, and negotiated a roughly $360,000 make-whole agreement with the regional water district after a pipeline project damaged the property. Earlier roles spanned health benefits, real estate development, and enterprise software, and I've led Aluminé Consulting since 2013.
My work puts me close to a client's numbers, and I treat that access the way a good CFO or attorney would: confidential by default, documented, and accountable. I'm glad to sign an NDA before we look at anything. Every recommendation traces back to your data, and every system I build should leave you with a clearer view of your money than you had before.
The pattern holds at every scale: capable people, a growing business, and operations that haven't kept up. My training is in psychology and business, and I use both. Systems only hold when the people running them trust them, so I build them with your team, not around it.
I hold an MBA in International Business from La Salle, Universitat Ramon Llull, in Barcelona, where I also played professional soccer, and I work fluently in English and Spanish. I'm a lifelong equestrian with a competitive record in the U.S. and abroad, and I've managed the operational side of international horse purchases, from import logistics to FEI veterinary and quarantine standards. I'm based in Boise and work on-site across Idaho and California, and remotely anywhere.
