ServicesOperations, AI and revenue consulting

Four kinds of work, one approach: understand how your business actually runs, build what fits it, and make sure your people use it.

Operations buildout

For owners who are the bottleneck

What's usually broken

Numbers live in your head and a dozen spreadsheets. You learn a job's margin after it's done. Every decision waits for you.

What I build

Job costing and budget tracking, reporting dashboards, SOPs, CRM setup, and request-to-invoice workflows. Vendor and subcontractor tracking. Bilingual training for your team.

What you end up with

One place to see what's happening, numbers you can act on mid-project, and a team that can move without asking you.

I built the financial tracking and booking systems for a destination property from scratch, and scaled a state program's operations from 3 to 50+ people with SOPs and Salesforce workflows.

Practical AI setup

For teams who know they should use AI but don't know where it's safe

What's usually broken

Tools bought and barely used. Staff unsure what they're allowed to put into AI, and unsure whether to trust what comes back.

What I build

Tool selection, automations for repetitive work (intake, follow-up, scheduling, reporting), simple rules for what goes in and what gets checked, and hands-on training.

What you end up with

Hours back each week, AI your team actually uses, and a human approving anything that reaches a client.

At Microsoft I supported sales teams through the company-wide Copilot adoption campaign; they hit their adoption targets while meeting or beating sales measures. I also helped design an AI reporting agent with human verification. For a veterinary clinic I automated social media inquiries straight to the appointment calendar, with staff sign-off on every booking.

Revenue and retention

For businesses that grow by referral and want it to be on purpose

What's usually broken

Leads fall through the cracks. Marketing is whatever you had time for. Renewals happen, or don't, without anyone tracking them.

What I build

A marketing plan you can run, paid social, partner and referral channels, an inquiry-to-booking pipeline, and renewal and upgrade outreach.

What you end up with

A pipeline you can see, follow-up that happens without you, and repeat clients you've earned on purpose.

Built $465K in qualified pipeline and forward bookings to 135% of prior years at peak for a destination property. Grew a $400K, 400-account software book 30%, mostly through renewals, upgrades, and cross-sells.

Implementation rescue

For software projects that have been almost done for months

What's usually broken

The vendor blames your team, your team blames the vendor, and nobody owns the decision that's blocking everything.

What I build

A quick read on what's really stuck, working sessions with the right people, validation checkpoints, and a clear call to finish or stop.

What you end up with

Either a launched system, or an evidence-based decision to cut losses before they grow.

Unblocked a cloud point-of-sale rollout at an international resort that had stalled for four months, and took it to go-live. Led the evidence behind a no-go call on a failing HR system for a 15,000-employee state agency.

Ways to work together

Build the plane, teach your team to fly it, then step back. Fixed fees wherever possible, so you know the cost before we start.

Build

Fixed fee, starts with a 2 to 3 week diagnostic

How the business runs today, one working quick win, then the systems, automations, or campaigns you need, built with your team.

Flight School

60 to 90 days

Training, office hours, and fixes while your team runs the new system, until it works without me in the room.

Control Tower

Monthly, optional

Regular check-ins: I read the numbers, flag drift early, and recommend what to fix next. Or a set number of fractional operator days each month.

Tell me what's stuck. I'll tell you what I'd build first.

A 30-minute call, no pitch deck. You'll leave with at least one thing you can fix this month, whether or not we work together.
