AI enablement program · Boise and remoteYour team, actually using AI, safely, within 90 days
Most teams have AI licenses and a few curious early users. Few have changed how work gets done. This program trains your people on their real tasks, sets simple guardrails, and coaches them until the new habits stick.
Why most AI rollouts stall
Buying licenses is easy. Adoption is a change-management problem: people don't know which tasks are safe to hand to AI, don't trust the output, and fall back to old habits within weeks. At Microsoft, I worked on the company-wide Copilot adoption campaign with sales teams who had to adopt it while still hitting their numbers, and they did. This program applies the same playbook at small and mid-size scale.
How the program works
- Week 1, readiness assessment: I interview a few people per role, map the repetitive work, check the tools you already pay for, and pick three to five high-value use cases.
- Week 2, kickoff workshop: a half-day, hands-on session built on your own documents and tasks, run by role so everyone leaves with something they'll use the next morning.
- Guardrails: a one-page AI use policy covering what goes in, what stays out, and what needs a human sign-off before it reaches a client.
- Weeks 3 to 12, coaching: weekly office hours, a shared library of prompts and workflows built from your team's work, and quick fixes as questions come up.
- Adoption scorecard: who's using what, for which tasks, and the time saved, reviewed with you every two weeks.
- Handoff: I train one or two internal champions to carry it forward, so the program doesn't depend on me.
Built on how people change
My training is in psychology, and I use the ADKAR change model (awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, reinforcement) to design each step. In practice that means fewer slides, more practice on real work, and steady reinforcement after the workshop, which is when most rollouts quietly fail.
Who it's for
Teams of roughly 5 to 100 people that already pay for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or a CRM with AI features, and want those tools to earn their cost. Delivered on-site across Boise and the Treasure Valley or remotely, in English and Spanish. Want the operations side handled too? See fractional COO services or AI setup and automation.
Frequently asked questions
What is AI enablement?
AI enablement is the work of getting a team to use AI tools well and safely in their daily jobs: choosing the right tools, setting clear rules, training people on their real tasks, and measuring whether usage sticks.
How is this different from a one-time AI workshop?
A workshop introduces the tools; adoption happens in the weeks after. The program pairs a kickoff workshop with 60 to 90 days of coaching, office hours, and a scorecard, so new habits hold.
What tools do you train on?
Usually what you already pay for: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace with Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, and the AI features inside your CRM and accounting software.
How big does our team need to be?
The program fits teams of roughly 5 to 100 people. Smaller teams get more hands-on coaching; larger teams get trained internal champions.
Can you train in Spanish?
Yes. Workshops, coaching, and written guides are available in English and Spanish.
How do you measure results?
An adoption scorecard tracks who is using which tools, for which tasks, and the time saved, reviewed with you every two weeks.
