IndustriesWho I work with

Different businesses, same pattern: good at the work, stretched on everything around it. Here's what that looks like where I spend most of my time.

Builders and trades

You know what a job cost when it's done. You'd like to know while it's running.

Custom builders, remodelers, landscapers, and irrigation contractors run on crews, subs, and suppliers who all text the owner. I set up job costing you can check mid-build, bid and lead tracking so no inquiry goes unanswered, and simple ways for your crew, many of them Spanish-speaking, to report progress.

Common projects: job-cost dashboards, bid and lead pipelines, deal and property screening, subcontractor tracking, marketing that shows your finished work.

Boutique hospitality, venues and private clubs

Every guest expects to be remembered. Your systems don't remember anyone.

Destination properties, event venues, lodges, wineries, and clubs live on bookings, deposits, and repeat guests. I build the booking and pricing systems, the seasonal marketing, and the service-recovery habits that turn a bad night into a five-star review.

Common projects: inquiry-to-booking flows, pricing and availability tools, deposit tracking, seasonal campaigns, guest communications.

Equestrian operations

Run like the best programs in the world, at any size.

I'm a lifelong equestrian with a long competitive history in the U.S. and internationally, and I've worked behind the scenes of large international operations. That includes staffing, client contracts, and dispute resolution, plus the import and export of horses from Europe and South America: brokered international purchases, shipping logistics and bills of lading, FEI veterinary standards, and quarantine requirements. I bring the same discipline to every barn, from a major international program to a family farm that wants its horses and its business to run like a well-tuned machine.

Common projects: international purchase and import coordination, FEI veterinary and quarantine compliance, staffing and client contracts, dispute resolution, boarding and booking systems, financial tracking and reporting.

Independent practices and clinics

An ownership change is when clients quietly leave.

Veterinary, dental, and specialty practices run thin front desks. I automate intake and scheduling with staff approval on every booking, secure the practice's accounts and media during a change of ownership, and keep clients informed so they stay.

Common projects: intake automation, ownership-transition plans, client retention campaigns, practice marketing, front-desk workflows.

Landowners and developers

Agencies have staff for this. You have a business to run.

Ranches, farms, and small developers deal with utility districts, easements, annexations, and water rights. I document the impact, gather estimates, sit across from agency leads and officials, and negotiate agreements that make you whole.

Common projects: make-whole negotiations, easement and right-of-way disputes, annexation agreements, water rights questions, irrigation and water operations, development feasibility coordination.

Growth-stage companies

You raised money to grow, not to build an ops team from scratch.

For founders and portfolio companies, I work as a fractional operator: AI enablement across teams, customer onboarding and success playbooks, rescuing implementations, and the reporting your board will ask for.

Common projects: fractional COO work, AI adoption programs, customer success playbooks, implementation rescue, executive reporting.
